Marc LaPierre

Co-Founder & CEO

I am the CEO and Founder of Clock’d Staffing and have worked in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry for the last 9 years. Since my first job as a caterer for the University of Wisconsin, I have worked in every position in this industry ranging from cooking in James Beard award-winning kitchens to opening and managing a nightclub in Mexico.


My passion lies in connecting people, as a Certified Staffing Professional I am able to live that passion every day; connecting Professionals looking to advance their careers with Clients eager to find an allstar team.

Olivia Wisden

Director of Professional Engagement

I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, but even longer if you count my years as a 'pop girl' for my aunt's food cart. I've worked in nearly every FOH position from server to caterer, bartender to barista. Since leaving the industry, I have used my experience in building relationships with regulars to help brands and businesses find and amplify their voices. My focus and expertise are with marketing and community engagement. I love that my job allows me to talk to industry professionals on the regular. 


Tommy Shafer

HI! I'm Tommy. I'm passionate about music and technology. And comedy. And travel. And...biographies! And whiskey. If I can introduce more laughter and more dancing into the world, I will have considered my life a successful one. Beyond that, I want to use my voice and platforms to work towards a more equitable society and a sustainable, livable future. I hope to find a way to fuse these goals together as frequently and effectively as I can.
