I am the CEO and Founder of Clock’d Staffing and have worked in the Food Service and Hospitality Industry for the last 9 years. Since my first job as a caterer for the University of Wisconsin, I have worked in every position in this industry ranging from cooking in James Beard award-winning kitchens to opening and managing a nightclub in Mexico.


My passion lies in connecting people, as a Certified Staffing Professional I am able to live that passion every day; connecting Professionals looking to advance their careers with Clients eager to find an allstar team.

Tommy Shafer
Technical Lead

HI! I'm Tommy. I'm passionate about music and technology. And comedy. And travel. And...biographies! And whiskey. If I can introduce more laughter and more dancing into the world, I will have considered my life a successful one. Beyond that, I want to use my voice and platforms to work towards a more equitable society and a sustainable, livable future. I hope to find a way to fuse these goals together as frequently and effectively as I can.


Casey Sovil
Professional Manager

Casey has 10+ years working in the service/hospitality industry. Her experience in the service industry started at the world famous Chocolate Moose up in Ely, MN! Casey has ventured into a multitude of front of house industry roles: everything from bartending at dive bars to serving and training staff at high end supper clubs in northern Wisconsin.

While serving and bartending, Casey also entered a career in teaching, as well as Educational Leadership and Coaching. After noticing such a strong intersection between both the service industry and education world, she is eager to support others in their journey and use a strengths-based approach to place professionals in partnership with clients! Outside of her professional life, you'll find Casey hiking with her dog, Jones or enjoying a good book and glass of wine.

Ryan Melkus
Account Manager

Ryan’s professional experience includes 14 years of leading and supporting client relationships. With an MBA from Amherst, Ryan is a business owner himself! His consulting agency has worked across multiple industries including real estate, landscaping, IT, and of course Food Service & Hospitality. He has worked in all aspects of business administration and has partnered with everyone from front line workers to owners and their management teams.

His passion is understanding each business and their goals. He believes in finding creative ways to maximize resources and efficiency, whether building a top notch workforce or using information and technology. And most importantly working as a team, having fun doing so and making progress each day!
